Partial Albinism

Whilst there is a lot of past research on albinism in dogs, little appertaining to albinism by itself appears to have been published recently. The associated genes have not yet been isolated in dogs.

Professor Sheila Schmutz at the University of Saskatchewan does research on dog coat color genes, and has done some genetic tests on albinos.
